The Best of Barbecue brines are made with the finest ingredients and reflect some of the most distinctive flavours on the world's barbecue trail.

Each kit contains 2 packs of brine mix, enough to cure upto 8 lbs of meat together with full instructions.

Cinnamon, star anise and szechuan peppercorns lend this brine the exotic flavour of the orient.
