New for 2005 The Hotspot 4 SS Kitchen Professional, so named because of its stainless steel construction and its kitchen like features, is one of the most serious barbecues on the outdoor market.

Features:

Assembly - Extremely simple and easy to assemble. It also has wheels for ease of movement.
Easy to Clean - Grills, Rotisserie and Flame Tamer removable for cleaning.
Construction - Constructed from high quality 20-gauge stainless steel. It also has a seamless welding technique. Eliminates sharp surfaces. Smooth lines.
Cooking - The SS Kitchen has three traditional burners plus fourth infra-red rotisserie burner for spit roasts. The Kitchen has a 'Flame Tamer' system. On ignition of of the bbq, the metal above the flames (V shaped) heats up and the juices from the meat drip down and are then caught and evaporate in heat. It then seeps back up in to food.
Temperature Gauge - The SS Kitchen has a temperature gauge in the lid.
Power - The Barbecue itself is powered by a 13kg gas bottle whereby the Rotisserie is powered by battery pack which is removable. For information on your nearest stockist call Calorgas on 0800 662 663.
Storage - It has two free running drawers below (top one used as warming drawer).

This BBQ has been made from high quality 20 gauge stainless steel and is constructed using seamless welding techniques. Consequently all sharp surfaces are eliminated. It boasts 3 traditional burners and a fourth infra red rotisserie burner for spit roasts. It also has a massive actual grill cooking area of 810 x 470mm.

Rather than the traditional cupboard system under the grill the kitchen is designed with two useful stainless steel draws - which are perfect for storing accessories, and condiments.

In short, this is a serious BBQ, which could feed a small army, let alone a gathering of friends and family. A must for outdoor party enthusiasts
